Current Price-List cancels all previous Price-Lists and is Subject to change without notice.
Goods once sold will not be taken back or exchanged under any circumstances.
All Order worth Rs. 4000/- and above (total net invoice value of available items) will only be delivered F. O. R. to the nearest Railway Station or S. T. parcel office. The discretion of selection of any Suitable route will always remain with the company.
Our terms are cash with order of documents through Scheduled Bank, against Payment or by V. P. P. New customers have to pay 50% as an advance with order.
Due care is taken while Packing and Delivering the goods. The company, therefore, will not be responsible for any breakage, leakage or shortage in transit.
Arkashala will not be responsible for delay in delivery of Goods due to natural disaster Strike, Fire or any other reason beyond the control of Arkashala
In the event of an order being cancelled or documents sent through bank being dishonored or V. P. P. or bill not accepted by customer, all the expenses arising there from will be debited to customer’s account.
It is necessary to obtain a receipt for each payment made to the salesman or any other authorized person. Arkashala will not be responsible for any payment made without obtaining a receipt.
Retail Price is inclusive of all Taxes.
Weights of Tablets and Pills quoted in the Price List are approximate.
All disputes will be subject to Satara Jurisdiction (Maharashtra State) only.
