It contains herbs like shatavari, ashwagandha, bhuikohala, gokharu along with coco and sugar. Ashwagandha is well known as growth promoting and nutritious herb in stressful conditions. Shatavari has great reputation in Ayurveda as a rasayan. It increases appetite, digestion and milk secretion. Kavachbeej, bhuikohala and gokharu also act as nourishing, stimulating and help to bring about rapid weight again. Arkafit can be taken with hot or cold milk.
Indications: Physical and mental fatigue, weakness after chronic diseases and surgery, useful for weak, bedridden patients, old persons, growing children, professionals etc. Useful for every member of family for regular use as health drink.
Dosage and Administration: 2 to 4 tablespoonfuls hot or cold cup of milk ( 75 ml to 100 ml) early in the morning or before going to sleep.
